Shake the fish fillets in the bag to coat them lightly. Place the seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 200C/400F for 15 minutes. Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes. Combine marmalade and horseradish serve with fish. Add the eggs and milk to a shallow bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat with a whisk or fork until well blended. Start by preheating oil in a dutch oven or deep fryer up to 350° F.
